Richard E. Noreikas

RICHARD E. NOREIKAS, Age 70, of Dayton, passed away peacefully on April 17, 2016, after a long battle with cancer. He was preceded in death by parents Joseph and Bernadette (Sluzas). Rick was a graduate of Meadowdale High School and retired from Duriron/Flowserve. He lived life in a caring manner concerned more about others than himself. When he was not tinkering around the house or working on cars, he enjoyed going to Dayton Dragons baseball games. He is survived by siblings Joe (Sue) Noreikas, Carol (Dave) Huttinger, and Denny (Patty) Noreikas; nieces Nicole Boucuvalas and Stacy (Jared) Brinley; nephews Ryan Noreikas, Marc (Tela) Noreikas and Joey (Sarah) Noreikas; two great nieces Zoey Noreikas and Sophia Brinley and four great nephews Billy and Charlie Boucuvalas, Joey Dues and Zayne Noreikas. A funeral mass will be held Saturday, April 23, 11:00 am, at St. Leonard Church, 8100 Clyo Road, in Centerville. Family will receive friends from 10-11 am in the church. A private burial service at Calvary Cemetery will be held at a later time. In lieu of flowers, donations may be sent to St. Vincent de Paul Society, 124 W.
