URSCHEL, Robert M. - If God rides a Harley, then He gained a master mechanic of vintage iron on July 13, 2015. Bob is survived and will be forever missed by his wife Chris, daughter Rachael, son Bob and partner Karen, and precious grandson Bobby, all of Spring Valley, Ohio. He is also survived by a brother Don, of Franklin, and a sister Pat, of Akron, and several cousins who he loved and was loved by and preceded in death by his father Mark and mother Kathleen. Bob served in Vietnam as a Naval Seabee near Da Nang. He was a retired machinist at Nation Grinding and Ram Precision Industries and worked on bikes at Sugarcreek Motorcycle in Spring Valley. Bob served on the village council of Spring Valley for many years and baked and delivered all the scrumptious potatoes for the annual festival for over 20 years. He loved everything motorcycle, socializing with friends, protecting his loved ones, being a hands on Papaw, circus peanuts, cabbage rolls, and daily spins around town on his beloved golf cart. Bob disliked vengeful or stingy curmudgeons, litterers, nitwits, and all nuts or coconut.
Bob is survived by so many wonderful friends and acquaintances who are cordially invited to join his family in a celebration of his life on Saturday, July 18, 2015 at 4 p.m. at Slim’s Neighborhood Bar and Grill in downtown Spring Valley. A memorial tribute ride, TBA, is planned for later this August.
