Robert J. Weiser

Weiser, Robert J., age 90 of Kettering passed away Friday November 13, 2015. Robert was a member of the VFW, Eagles, American Legion, the Delco 25 year Club and a founding member of Ascension Church. He was a Tool and Die Maker at GM for 43 years. He was preceded in death by his wife, Elizabeth in 2002 and three sisters. He is survived by two daughters, Ann Elgin of Kettering, Linda Miles of Kettering; two sons, Steven (Cathy) Weiser of Kettering, Gary (Kim) Weiser of Piqua; a sister, Martha Kosater of Dayton; a brother, Richard (Sylvia) Weiser of Beavercreek; numerous Nieces, Nephews; 9 grandchildren; 9 great grandchildren; and a host of special neighbors and friends. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held 10:00 AM Thursday, November 19 at Ascension Church. The family will receive friends Wednesday from 4:00-7:00 PM at the Westbrock Funeral Home, 5980 Bigger Rd. Burial, Calvary Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society, envelopes will be available at the funeral home.
