Ronald Q. Sano

Sano, Ronald Q., age 70, of Centerville passed away Tuesday September 15, 2015. Ron retired from GM after 30 dedicated years of service. He is preceded in death by his parents; a brother, Bob; two nieces, Kathy and Kelly. He is survived by his loving wife, Sheila; a daughter, Jennifer Ruid of Tomahawk, WI; a son, Jeff Hawn of Columbus; a brother, Rick (Jenny) Sano, a sister, Mary Ann Schirmer; a sister-in-law, Soni Sano; a grandchild, Jake Ruid of Tomahawk, WI; “his girls”, Michelle, Emily, and Kelsey Schirmer; aunts, numerous nieces, nephews, and our dear friend, Mary Jo Rembold. Ron loved to play and watch golf, the Bengals, UD Basketball, Notre Dame Football and the Cincinnati Reds. Ron’s life revolved around his countless friends and adoring family. After fighting a hard battle with cancer, he will deeply missed by many who loved him. Mass of Christian Burial, 9:30 am Saturday September 19 at St. Joseph Church. The family will receive friends, Friday from 4:00-7:00 pm at the Westbrock Funeral Home, 5980 Bigger Rd. Interment, Calvary Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to St. Jude’s Children’s Hospital, envelopes available at the funeral home.
