Sara Eileen Willoughby

Willoughby, Sara Eileen (age 25) departed this life April 7th after a long battle with addiction. She was a 2010 graduate of Centerville High School. She attended the University of Cincinnati with hopes to be a special educator. Life brought changes to her and she went a different path that wasn’t a good one. Her struggle completely changed who she used to be. She is preceded in death by her grandfather Roy(Bapoo) Griffis just three weeks ago. They were the best of friends before her addiction and we know he is holding her in his arms. She was also preceded by her grandmother Jan Willoughby (Ma Jan )and her grandfather Patrick Willoughby Sr( Pops). She is survived by her parents, Patrick and Rebecca(Bellbrook) and her very special sister Rachel. She is also survived by her grandmother Bonnie (Ma Bonnie)Griffis, her Uncle Ned, Aunt Kathy(Sonny), Uncle Dan(Kim), Uncle David(Tina) and cousins Nelson, Hunter, Tyler, Benjamin, and Chris.
The Case side of the family loved her so very much.
In lieu of flowers, please donate to a charity of your choice. Sara loved all animals, music, and art of any kind. She was a gentle , sensitive soul that will be forever missed by her family.
A celebration of life will be held at Westbrock Funeral Home 5980 Bigger Road Friday, April 20th from 5 to 8 pm. A service will be held at 10 am Saturday the 21st, also at the funeral home.
