Theresa Piekutowski

PIEKUTOWSKI, THERESA A., age 81 of Dayton passed away Tuesday, June 4, 2013. She was preceded in death by her parents: Charles and Anna Cichanowicz (nee Przybylski); husband, Bernard E. Piekutowski; daughter, Kathleen Hinkle; son, Eddie Piekutowski; brother and sister-in-law: Joseph and Thelma Cichanowicz and brother-in-law, Thomas Lokai. Theresa is survived by her three grandchildren: Michael, Frank and Theresa Hinkle; stepdaughter, Alice Oscar; son-in-law, Michael Hinkle; sister, Edith Lokai and brothers: Henry (Margaret) Cichanowicz, Edmund (Patricia) Cichanowicz, Stanley (Christine) Cichanowicz and Charles Cichanowicz. Theresa graduated from St. Joseph Commercial High School and The University of Dayton. She was a teacher in the Dayton Public School System. Visitation will be held Monday, June 10th from 10:00 a.m. until time of Mass of Christian Burial at 11:00 a.m. at St. Adalbert Catholic Church, 1511 Valley Street, Dayton. Interment will follow Mass at Calvary Cemetery. In lieu of flowers the family asks that memorial contributions be made to Hospice of Dayton.
