JERRY, THOMAS N., age 72 of Springboro passed away Thursday, March 27, 2014. Tom is survived by his wife of 49 years, Sandy Jerry; daughters: Pam (Kevin) Kudlac and Jill (Mark) Monsour; granddaughters: Kaitie Kudlac, Emily Monsour, Maddie Kudlac and Abbey Mensour. Tom worked as a National Sales Manager for Schunk, Inc. Visitation will be Monday, March 31st from 10:00 a.m. until time of Mass of Christian Burial at 11:00 a.m. at St. Henry Catholic Church, 6696 Springboro Pike, Dayton 45449. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to St. Jude’s Children’s Hospital, 262 Danny Thomas Place, Memphis, TN 38105.
