Thomas Quinn Ryan

Ryan, Thomas Quinn, passed away May 2, 2019 at 70 years old. Tom has decided to bless others, even in his death, by being an organ donor. He is survived by his mother, Mary Jane Ryan; wife, Deborah Jennings-Ryan; seven siblings, Dennis (Mary) Ryan, Dan (Bev) Ryan, Dave (Sue) Ryan, Kala (Dennis) Holzmeier, Sheila Gillman, Michael (Sara) Ryan, and Monica (Billy) McOwen; a daughter, Sarah Boyd; a stepson, Eric Jennings; a grandson, Grant; many nieces and nephews and the family pet, Zoey. Mr Ryan was born in Knoxville, Iowa. He achieved the honor of Eaagle Scout in his teens. He attended school at St Francis Seminary, Roger Bacon, and graduated from Alter High School in 1967. He attended the University of Dayton for two years, served two years in the United States Air Force, and finished his schooling at Wright State University where he met his wife, Deb. They were married for just shy of 32 years and had a daughter in 1989. He was a loving husband and an adoring father. One of his biggest joys was becoming a grandfather to Grant and would tell anyone about how much he adored him. He also loved local sports and was a big supporter of the Cincinnati Bengals, Cincinnati Reds and The Ohio State University. The family will receive friends Friday from 9-10am at Immaculate Conception Church. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10:00am. Burial will follow in Calvary Cemetery.
