Thomas Anthony Scheu

SCHEU, Thomas A., age 78 of Dayton passed away on Monday, June 18, 2018 surrounded by his loving family. He was born in Dayton on May 17, 1940 to the late Phyllis (Weaver) Scheu who passed in March 2018 and his father, George Scheu. Thomas is survived by his beloved wife of 52 years, Dorothy (Lehmann) Scheu; children, Dorothy Marie Scheu, Jacqueline S. (Bryan) Agee, Carol L. Scheu, Thomas M. (Andrea) Scheu, Sharon A. Brown, Robert C. Scheu; grandchildren, William and Henry Agee, Samantha, Brandon and Emileigh Scheu, Grace Brown; sister, Phyllis Ann Fackler and brother, George C. (Donna) Scheu and many other extended family and friends. He served in the US Army and worked as a custodian with the Kettering Schools for over 33 years. Friends and family may visit from 4:00-8:00pm on Thursday, June 21, 2018 at Westbrock Funeral Home, 1712 Wayne Ave. Mass of Christian Burial is 10:30am at St. Anthony Parish on Friday, June 22. Thomas will then be laid to rest in Calvary Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Hospice of Dayton.
