Timothy Bruce Nugent

Nugent, Timothy Bruce, age 68, died Monday, December 14, 2015 in Little River, SC. Born on September 17, 1947 in Dayton, OH, he was the son of the late John B. and Ruth Koch Nugent. Tim retired from Mobil Oil Company after 20 years and served for 10 years with Horry County Fire & Rescue in South Carolina. Mr. Nugent is survived by his wife of 23 years, Katherine Reyer Nugent; two daughters, Michelle Lynn Taylor and Monica Anne Spasiano; two brothers, John and Gary Nugent; and 9 grandchildren, Brittany, Jessica, Alyssa, Daryan, Mackenzie, Emily, Olivia, Rebecca and Isabella. A funeral Mass was celebrated in South Carolina last week. Mr. Nugent’s family will receive friends in Dayton on Tuesday, Dec. 22 from 10-11:00 am at the Westbrock Funeral Home, 1712 Wayne Ave., Dayton, Ohio 45410. A graveside service will follow at Woodland Cemetery in Dayton. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Little River Volunteer Fire Department, P.O. Box 911, Little River, SC 29566.
