W. Douglas James, Age 81 of Kettering, passed Monday, June 22, 2020. Doug retired after many years in international sales at Dayton Progress. He is preceded in death by his wife, Marilyn, his mother, Geneva Osborne James and his father Homer James. Doug is survived by his 3 daughters: Michelle James, Melissa Norris and Melanie (Robert) Lindeman and 7 grandchildren: Ryan (Maria) Rabold, Robbie, Kira and Madison Lindeman, Chandler, Madison and Allison Yancey, 1 great-grandchild, Aaron Rabold and his longtime loving companion, Hala Saltsman. Viewing and services at Westbrock Funeral Home, Wayne Ave., from 10:00-11:00 AM on Thursday, June 25 with the funeral service beginning at 11:00am. Burial following at Calvary Cemetery.
